7. Service Requirements for Live Virtual (One-on-One) Mock Interview
- Users need a stable internet connection (minimum 3 MBPS)
- Own hardware, including desktop/laptop, is required
- Recommended browsers: Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, or Microsoft Edge
- Not well optimized for mobile phones or tablets
8. Resume Review
- Provide Resume or CV in both DOCX and PDF formats
- No cancellations are permitted once after successful booking
- Disrupted resume reviews due to user-related issues are considered successful with no refunds or rebooking
9. Live Virtual (One-on-One) Mock Interviews
- Don't change your input or output devices (mouse, speakers, headphones, or webcam etc.,) after the interview starts
- No cancellation within 12 hours of the scheduled interview
- Join a few minutes before to avoid technical issues
- If Interviewer don't show up for some reason, we will try to reschedule the interview for a time that works for you
- Disrupted sessions due to any issues from user end are considered successful with no refunds or rescheduling
10. Accuracy of Information
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information on our site. Historical information is for reference and may not be current.
11. Modifications and Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service without notice.
