1. About Mockiprep

Mockiprep is operated by Vempati Satya Naveen, an individual proprietor based in Andhra Pradesh, India (“Mockiprep”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

Mockiprep provides structured mock interview sessions and related career preparation services through online platforms.

By accessing or using mockiprep.com (“Platform”) or booking any service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

Services are available only to individuals aged 18 years or older.

By booking a session, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

3. Nature of Services

Mockiprep provides simulated interview practice and structured feedback for preparation purposes only.

We do not guarantee:

• Job offers

• Employment

• Interview selection

• Career outcomes

4. Session Recording

All mock interview sessions are recorded by default for:

• Quality assurance

• Dispute resolution

• Service improvement

• User review access

By booking and attending a session, you provide explicit consent to recording.

Recordings are retained for a limited operational period and securely stored.

Users may request early deletion by emailing help@mockiprep.com. Once deleted, recordings cannot be recovered.

Mockiprep may retain recordings longer if required for legal or dispute resolution purposes.

5. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate booking information

• Maintain respectful and professional conduct

• Ensure stable internet and required hardware

• Not record sessions independently without written consent

• Not misuse or share recordings publicly

Mockiprep reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund in cases of misconduct, abuse, harassment, impersonation, or policy violations.

6. Independent Interviewers

Interviewers engaged through Mockiprep operate as independent contractors.

Nothing in these Terms creates an employer-employee, partnership, or agency relationship.

Mockiprep may:

• Monitor performance

• Maintain internal quality ratings

• Suspend or terminate interviewer access for misconduct, poor performance, confidentiality breaches, no-shows, or policy violations

7. Confidentiality

Users and interviewers agree not to disclose:

• Personal information obtained during sessions

• Session recordings

• Internal documents or platform materials

Mockiprep is not responsible for misuse occurring outside the platform but will take appropriate action upon verified complaints.

8. Limitation of Liability

Mockiprep provides preparation services only.

To the extent permitted by Indian law:

• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the session in question

• Mockiprep is not liable for indirect or consequential damages

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Courts in Andhra Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Disputes shall be resolved under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
