What types of resume reviews do you offer?

We offer two types of resume reviews: basic and advance.

• The basic review includes a comprehensive assessment of your resume format, content, presentation, spelling mistakes, and grammar.

• The advance review includes all of the above, as well as personalized feedback and more suggestions for improvement.

How long does it take to get my resume reviewed?

Your resume will be reviewed within 48 hours of submitting your order successfully.

What can I expect to receive in my review?

You will receive a detailed report that identifies mistakes, areas for improvement, along with specific suggestions for how to make your resume more effective.

Will you write my resume for me?

No, we do not write resumes. However, we will provide the feedback and guidance you need, to write your resume that is strong and effective.

What types of mock interviews do you offer?

We offer mock interviews for a variety of types, including behavioral, technical, managerial, and HR, and can tailor the interview to focus on specific aspects you wish to practice.

How long is a mock interview?

The duration of a mock interview typically ranges from 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the package you booked. The package details will specify the exact time allotted for your mock interview.

Who will conduct my mock interview?

Your mock interview will be conducted by a qualified professional who has experience in interviewing.

What can I expect during my mock interview?

A variety of questions covering diverse aspects, simulating a real interview experience. The interviewer may also provide feedback on your answers, as well as your overall interview performance, during the interview.

Which device should I use to join/attend the mock interview?

A desktop or a laptop always work best for an interview. For smooth experience, use the latest version of Firefox, Chrome or Edge browsers.

Will you provide me with a recording of my mock interview?

Yes, we will provide you with a recording link of your mock interview so that you can review it later. (Not applicable in trials)

What if I experience technical difficulties during the interview?

To ensure a smooth interview experience, we highly recommend testing your equipment and confirming a stable internet connection beforehand. However, unforeseen technical difficulties can arise. If you encounter any issues during the interview, please don't hesitate to inform the interviewer immediately. Briefly explain the problem and apologize for any inconvenience. We understand that technical difficulties can happen, and the interviewer will work with you to reschedule if necessary.

What happens if I need to reschedule my appointment?

You can reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 12 hours in advance. You cannot reschedule there after.

What is your cancellation policy?

We offer a 98% refund if you cancel your appointment up to 12 hours in advance of your slot. You cannot cancel there after.
