Welcome to Mockiprep, your affordable partner in career development. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds for our services. By using any of our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

Virtual (one-on-one) Mock Interview Service

To ensure our interviewers' time is valued, please note that cancellations or reschedules made within 12 hours of your scheduled mock interview will not be eligible for a refund. We understand unforeseen circumstances can arise. In such cases, please reach out to our support team at help@mockiprep.com, and we'll work with you on a case-by-case basis to find a solution.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your mock interview booking for a different date and time up to 12 hours before the scheduled session. Please note that rescheduling requests are subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred time slot, but cannot guarantee it.

Refund

Mock interview bookings may be cancelled for a refund of 98% of the original cost. A 2% transaction fee by Razorpay will be retained. This applies as long as the cancellation is made no less than 12 hours prior to the scheduled session/slot. Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

How to Cancel or Reschedule?

To cancel or reschedule, use the dedicated links provided in your meeting confirmation email. Any changes to your mock interview booking must be made at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled session.

Cancellation by Mockiprep

In some circumstances, Mockiprep may need to cancel or reschedule a booked session. In such cases, we will notify you in advance and offer a rescheduled session or a full refund.

No-Show Policy

Should you be unable to attend a scheduled mock interview without prior notification and approval from the Mockiprep Team, please be advised that refunds will not be issued.

Resume Review Service

To ensure you receive swift feedback, our resume review experts may begin working on your resume as soon as your booking is confirmed. Unfortunately, due to the potential for immediate service initiation, cancellations for resume reviews are not accepted.

Refund Approval

We reserve the right to accept or reject your refund request at our sole discretion, based on the evidence and circumstances of your case.

Change in Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. You are advised to check this policy periodically for any changes. Your continued use of our services after any changes to this policy will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
