Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Users may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.

Requests made within 24 hours of the session are not eligible for refund.

Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Eligible cancellations will receive a refund minus applicable payment gateway charges.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• User no-shows
• Late cancellations
• User-side technical issues
• Environmental disruptions

If a session cannot proceed due to interviewer unavailability, Mockiprep will offer:

• Rescheduling, or
• Refund in accordance with this policy.
